In this programme, students learn about cooking techniques, food preparation, and proper equipment handling. They acquire skills in national and international cuisine and gain knowledge in every aspect of the food production cycle from purchasing material and products, to planning the menu, and stewarding.
In this programme students learn to work in the three main operational departments, namely Housekeeping, Front Office, and Food & Beverage Service. Students will learn about the duties within rooms division, as well as how to provide a high-class service experience to guests of a food and beverage outlet.
Both courses include training in English, professional behaviour, and hygiene.
Students who successfully completed the course will be certified by EHL Smile from Switzerland and supported to ensure employment. Thanks to this unique model, guests staying at The Bodhgaya Hotel School positively impact the students’ future and thus the local community.
